Procedure to get hired in the SafeCrop centre

Are you going to work for SafeCrop? If the scientific director and deputy director of the SafeCrop centre decided it, you will have to deal with the administrative procedure for the official enrolment.

Please follow these steps to facilitate your enrolment into our environment:

1. CV INFORMATION. Send the Cv with all your personal data (please include your date and place of birth) to the email address info@safecrop.org (if you are Italian, please remember to insert also the "Codice Fiscale"), use a document word file .doc;

2. INCOMPATIBILITY DECLARATION. In this document (DOC, 30 KB), which is needed for the contract stipulation, the candidate declares that he/she does not have any conflict of interests with the Istituto agrario di San Michele all’Adige, that he/she does not have any parents inside the Istituto Agrario and SafeCrop board of administration and that he/she is not a member of any commission or committee inside the Istituto Agrario. The declaration is only in italian.

3. CITIZENSHIP. If your citizenship is not Italian, please send a scanned copy of your Identity card and your Passport. We will use it to prepare the "Codice Fiscale", code compulsory for the salary payment;

4. INFORMATION SERVICES. You need to download the "Information services request form" (PDF, 45 KB) to apply the information services offered by IASMA. Main information services are the internet, server and IBM domino webmail access. You have to print, fill and sign the form and send it to SafeCrop (hand delivery if you can come in San Michele a/A, if you are living abroad, fax it to the following number: ++39 0461 650872; to the kind attention of SafeCrop, Daniele Barbacovi). Don’t worry if you are not able to fill all the fields, we will do it for you but remember to sign it. You are suggested to download the "Information services rules" (PDF 36 KB) in which you can find all the information for the correct use of the services. The documents are only in Italian; more information can be asked to ufficio.informatica@iasma.it.

5. FOREIGNERS HEALTH ASSISTANCE. It is difficult to give a comprehensive suggestion because it depends on many different variables.
If you work abroad for the SafeCrop centre, you need to fill the E106 form (DOC, 30 KB) which is required to provide the heath assistance in the European country where you will work.
For the procedure, please contact info@safecrop.org. You are also suggested to ask information to the Italian embassy in your home country or your embassy in the Italian territory.

6. INPS – PUBLIC WELFARE/NATIONAL INSURANCE. Since your contract is a "Collaborazione a Progetto", you need to be registered into the "Gestione separata". There is a form to download and fill, called "INPS registration" (PDF, 175 KB). There can be three ways to register: directly in the INPS office of Trento, Ufficio Gestione Separata, via Rosmini 40, 38100 Trento or sending it by regular mail with a copy of your contract; phone the call center at this number 803.164; online in the online services. 7. INAIL – WORKERS COMPENSATION AUTHORITY. This type of insurance, compulsory for all employers hiring workers in activities which the law defines as risky, protects workers from any kind of damage resulting from work related accidents and occupational diseases freeing employers from any civil liability. If you are working out of Italy, we need to communicate several details to the authority. Please download the form "INAIL detail" (DOC, 32 KB), write inside the requested information and send it by mail to info@safecrop.org. More information can be found in the INAIL website.

8. SALARY PROCEDURE. You need to fill a form called "INPS declaration" (DOC, 131 KB) before the end of your first month of work at the SafeCrop centre. You will write inside all your personal information to allow the administration to calculate the deduction you deserve. It is only in Italian. For foreign employees we will fill it together by phone or mail. Italian employees don’t have to download it; it will be sent together with the copies of the contract (for the signature). At the end of the form you find a document to fill with the "Information for payment" (PDF, 462 KB). You can choose between the payments through cheque or bank transfer. If you decide for the bank transfer, remember to give us all the detailed information as follow: Bank name, bank filial or agency number, address, town, country, account number, IBAN number, SWIFT or BIC code.

9. OWN TRANSPORTATION. In case you have to use your own car for work activities, you have the right to get the insurance (KASKO) on your car. Please download the form "Own means request" (DOC, 26 KB) and deliver to the SafeCrop administration. The form is in Italian. We will help foreign employees in filling the form.

10. CV ONLINE. Since you are working for the Safecrop centre, you are kindly request to fill the "People website form" (XLS, 33 KB) that allowed us to update your CV information in the website of SafeCrop. It is a simple excel file with some fields to fill with your CV information. Visit here to see the examples. A picture of your face is also requested. Remember also that you have the right to get the visiting card of the Safecrop centre. You will have to download the "Label document" (DOC, 50 KB), replace the data you find inside with your own data (name, family name, email address, phone and fax number and, if already online, the link to your Cv online) and send the file to info@safecrop.org. It will be printed and delivered to you.


Procedure to get the mission reimbursement in the SafeCrop centre

In your contract is always included a budget for the working mission reimbursement. Please check in your contract the amount of the budget and keep in mind that it is on your responsibility. The request of reimbursement should be delivered every month or every two month. Employees working in IASMA will have to fill a paper form with several fields (please take a look on the rules for the "Mission reimbursement" (PDF, 36 KB) – only in Italian); more information can be requested at the SafeCrop desk. If you are working out of Italy you can send the receipts of the expenses at the SafeCrop administration. When you send it, remember to attach a summary of the expenses. Please download the "Mission reimbursement form" (XSL, 59 KB). You find inside all the required information for a correct reimbursement request. Please insert your own data (name, family name, institution) and the expenses details, print, sign the form and send it by regular mail to the SafeCrop centre. Following table as an example:

Receipts not in Euro value must be converted in Euro with the OANDA converter and referred to the date you made the expenses. In case you used the car for the transfer, you have to calculate the kilometres distance through the Mappy website.
We remind you that for the reimbursement authorization we will have to wait the signature of the SafeCrop centre scientific director. After the signature, we will send the request to the IASMA administration before the end of the month (they will check all the receipts and details). In this case you will get the reimbursement straight in the salary that you are getting the 10th of the month after.

Expenses availability.

Train:
All the classes for all the personal, economical class suggested;

Airplane:
The cheaper ticket for the flight;

Accommodation:
Maximum 3 stars or second category accommodation in Italy, no problem for the abroad accommodation. Maximum expense:
108,00 euro - in Italy but not in the regional/provincial capital in Italy;
145,00 euro - in the regional/provincial capital in Italy and generally out of Italy;
181,00 euro - international capitals;

Food:
You are allowed to get 1 meal reimbursement if the time you spend in the mission is more then 8 hours, 2 meals reimbursement for the time you spend in the mission is more then 12 hours. Below the limits for one meal reimbursement (if you are allowed to get 2 meals, just multiply for 2):
18,08 Euro if you are in our province Trentino;
25,82 Euro if you are out of our province;
33,57 Euro if you are out of Italy;
The breakfast, if it is not included in the accommodation, is not reimbursed.

Taxi:
Taxi expenses are reimbursed only for the transfer from the airport to the hotel and back in case of not other possibility or transportation;


Procedure for purchasing in the SafeCrop centre (for employees outside Italy)
