Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing (fax or e-mail) and received by the Meeting Secretary at the address pdmildew2006@iasma.it (or fax + 39 0461 650872).

Cancellations received prior to 15.03.2006 will be fully refunded with the deduction of the transfer costs for payments made with money transfer.

Cancellations received between 15.03-21.05.2006 will be refunded minus 30 % of the total (registration).

Cancellations received between 22.05-27.05.2006 will be refunded minus 50 % of the total payment.

Cancellations received after 09.06.2006 will not be refunded.

Only those cancellations received in writing to the Meeting Secretariat will be accepted.
