Oral and Poster Presentations

ORAL presentation instructions

We schedule oral presentations of 30 min. including time for discussion. You are asked to prepare a presentation that will not last more than 20 minutes. All presentations will be in English.

Equipment for oral presentations: A beamer projector for electronic Power Point presentations will be available. For Power Point Presentations you are asked to bring the file on a USB memory key or a CDROM compact disk (all IBM compatible). Presentation will be loaded and made from one common computer that will be provided by the organizers. Please load your presentation as early as possible during the meeting and check its operation. Power Point presentation is the preferred means of presentation.

For your presentation please prepare slides which details will be clear and readable from far away.

POSTER presentation instructions

Poster dimensions will be maximum 90 cm wide and 120 cm height (vertical). Posters content should be well organized for clear presentation. Use font size and pictures/graphs that can comfortably be read from a distance of 1.5-2.0 meters and avoid too long texts. We allocated long time for poster viewing, as we regard the poster presentations important. We will have the poster sessions on Sunday, Monday, Thursday and Friday after lunch. You are asked to place you poster in the beginning of the meeting and not to remove it before the end of the last session. Presenting Authors of the posters are kindly request to stay close to their poster during poster sessions.
