SUMMARY or LIST of activities planned in 2006:
Risk assessment of the biological control agent Trichoderma atroviride P. Karst. strain 122F introduction on soil.
- Monitoring survival, colonization and dispersal of T. atroviride at different layer of the soil under microcosm condition.
- Monitoring survival, colonization and dispersal of T. atroviride at different layer of the soil under field condition.
- Compare the results under microcosm and field condition.
- Compare the microbiological results of T. atroviride dispersion under microcosm and field condition with biomolecular date (Quant Tricho).
- Monitoring T. atroviride survive on rhizosphere of grapevine plants.
- Monitoring T. atroviride dispersal in the neighbour treated soil, weeds and vineyard plants.
- Application of Denaturing Gradient Gel Eletrophoresis (DGGE) to study the effect of T. atroviride inoculation on soil microbial community.
