Almost 2 years of laboratory experience at the Lab. of Molecular Genetics of the Istituto Agrario S. Michele a/Adige. This training has dealt mainly with basic molecular biology (PCR, hybridization, cloning, sequence analysis), microbiology (fungal cultures, growth inhibition assays) and biochemical (preparation of root extracts and assays of their activity on artificial membranes) techniques. |
