ARMI: Defence against the fungus Armillaria

Brief description of the research project:
Study of the defence reaction of grapevine young root against the fungus Armillaria mellea.

Main used techniques:
Suppression Subtractive Hybridization, Real Time-PCR, fungal viability tests, liposomes permeabilization tests.

Future research development:
Results validation and kinetic study of the expression levels of the induced genes identified by SSH using real time PCR.
