Pseudomonas fluorescens transformation with grape genes induced during Armillaria mellea infection: characterization of the biological control properties and the effects on the rhizosphere
- Bioinformatic analyses of the grape genes induced in Kober 5BB roots during A. mellea infection
- Validation of defence gene induction in different infection systems (in vivo and in vitro)
- Amplification, cloning and sequencing of the full-length coding sequences of the genes
- Genes subcloning in a vector suitable for the expression in E. coli and characterization of antifungal activity of the recombinant proteins
- Cloning of the most effective defence genes in a vector suitable for expression in Pseudomonas spp., transformation of P. fluorescens and in vitro characterization of the biological control properties of the transgenic P. fluorescens
- Characterizations of the transgenic P. fluorescens distribution in the soil and its impact on the rhizosphere microorganisms equilibrium (if time left)
