DM GRAPE: Efficacy evaluation of biocontrol agents and others low impact products against downy mildew on grapevine

Brief description of the research project:
Introduction of new control tool on Plasmopara viticola.

Main used techniques:
Evaluate of the effects of possible alternatives, new organically based fungicides, new biocontrol agents and resistance inducer, on Plasmopara viticola. Molecular biology analysis and microscope observations of microorganism-pathogen interactions.

Future research development:
Development of new products and new intetegration strategies. Action mechanism understanding and optimisation of new potential BCAs.
