SUMMARY or LIST of activities planned in 2006:

Biocontrol and pathogenicity markers in Pseudomonas fluorescens

• Analysis of the role of secondary metabolites 2,4-diacetylphloroglucinol and hydrogen cyanide in the biocontrol activity of a global collection of P. fluorescens strains.
• Evaluation the role of type III secretion systems in P. fluorescens strains as biocontrol effectors and/or pathogenicity markers.
