SUMMARY or LIST of activities planned in 2006:

Research for Scaphoideus titanus (BALL) mass rearing development, insect vector of the yellow grapevine called "Flavescence dorée"

• Characterisation of the age of sexual maturity of the females, copulation rate and egg-laying density in laboratory conditions
• Studies on diapause induction and the effect of photoperiod
• Studies on the factors involved in diapause release in field conditions and comparison with treatment applied on eggs-laying obtained in laboratory
